It has been touted as the ideal smart PDA for the corporate professional to keep track of different aspects of life. "Designed for the corporate professional who are always on the go, the ASUS P505 is also intended for entertainment purposes. The built-in 1.3 Megapixel camera provides six photography modes and a continuous shot function for various situations and lighting. Another smart feature is the capability to quickly edit photographs into MMS messages, allowing users to send out complex messages in the shortest possible time. Photo album and slide shows functions are available to bring a complete image solution. The built-in camera enables MPEG4 video recording (no time limit), supports Windows Media Player's full screen viewing, and provides compatibility to a wide range of audio/video standards such as MIDI, WMA and WAV." 5-way Joystick located at Side plus the Unique ASUS Menu Enables True Freedom of One-Thumb Menu Surfing. "Capture, Edit & Send" Hand-Writing MMS Technology Linking You to the Rest of the World In A New Way Conference Application to let you hold a conference call of 5 callers, and check out Email, Contacts, Calendar, Pocket Excel/Word at the same time. The ASUS P505 is also equipped with Bluetooth module which is designed to connect to the ASUS GPS-BT100 GPS module. The ASUS P505 will be available in the Philippines from FoneTech service centers like WellCom adn Sayes starting October 2005. The ASUS P505 will retail for PhP34,900.
